Change the Plugin Repository sidebar watcher and fork counts into links that point to the appropriate GitHub locations.

I wonder if this should check to see if the repo is actually a github repo. We plan to support others later.

Seems like a separate issue, but could easily be taken care of by a statement surrounding the entire github-activity section once others are supported.

Unless of course the others also support forks and watchers. In which case, is there a method to determine if it's a GH repository? If not, would URL checking suffice for now or should it be handled in the hook processing by setting a forks and watchers URL there?
